I don’t like this place. I wish I just walked out immediately after she refused to do anything I asked for. I live in Chicago and had a nail emergency that’s why I didn’t go to my usual place. This place charges much more than my usual and it was not worth it. I had acrylic overlays put on my natural nails and she butchered my natural nails. She argued with everything I told her I wanted. Usually if I tell the nail tech to be gentle they will listen and use a gentler file.. She didn’t listen to what nail shape I wanted. She didn’t clean up around my cuticle area at all. I usually don’t complain but I paid a lot and am just not satisfied with the work she did, she was unprofessional and was not careful of my natural nails.

Ever sense Lee left place has gone down hill the women who does the acrylics is so Rude and Nasty.

I don’t even know where to begin. First and last time coming here. First, the lady ripped off my previous nails and ripped my skin along with them, I was bleeding and 3 of my fingers were so sensitive from how harsh she was. Second, she was so rude, I didnt like the coffin shape so I showed her a picture for the third time of the exact shape i wanted and she was getting all mad because i asked her to fix it. THEN she got on the phone and was talking all mad to someone and wasn’t even paying attention to me when I asked her something about my nails. I then told her for the 4th time I wanted regular polish not gel, what does she do? puts gel on my nails literally acting like I didn’t just tell her 4 times I wanted regular polish, of course to charge me more. She was extremely harsh with my nails and rude running her mouth the whole time I was there. So pretty much to sum it up, I will never be returning. One of the worst experiences and I DONT recommend. Save your money and go somewhere more professional.

Horrible service!! My nails ended up looking so bad . Some of theme were round and some were square! You could clearly see the difference!!
