I have been going to Hollywood since April of this year. I have no complaints. I’m always treated like a valued customer and have formed a great relationship with the staff. I would not go any other place. They know what I like and take care of me every time. I’m in there twice a month faithfully.

My first time here given the reviews. I would not even give this a 1 more 0. Walked in and sat a man technicians station. First off, his desk qaa really dirty and I have never witnessed a dirty nail techs desk before.
After I told him I wanted a gel manicure, he offered me powered dip manicure. I said no due to how disgusting his desk/ station was.
Glad I stuck with the manicure but it was a horrible horrible job! Parts of my nails are not even painted in the edges! No base coay either.
I do not recommend this dirty not even thorough place. I should of stuck to the place i originally went..clean, thorough, and manicure lasted in Kingstown town center.
1st time customer truly disappointed!

After a bit of a wait during slow hours and being rushed for my nails to dry bc they were closing soon.(which is not problem if I'm taken in before closing and I'm paying for some over priced basic s**t I b expect to get treated as a valued customer) After I left my nails (3 of them) broke doing every tasking (Opening a car door Turing on a light switch Getting dressed.) I wish I was making this up but sadly this story is 100% accurate. I personally know 2 other people who have had very similar experience with them on separate occasions. Hollywood Nails doesn't even deserve one star but I had to give them smthn to write this. Do not waste your money. You will b better off applying press on nails at home.
