Be careful going here; understand the pricing before you get the service done. I thought I understood but after get with a basic $50 pedicure and I think the lady included the $5 tip that was in my hand to the charge so I didn't give her the cash... My normal spot is in Lake Ridge and I promise I will NEVER come back here!!! Pedicure looks nice but I straight feel hustled

I was greeted with so much aggression when I stepped through the door. I am like I have been here before got my nails done well and so I stated. This Chinese lady was so antagonistic, I started to pray to my calm the turmoil and confusion in my heart. She dragged my hands and shouted at me repeatedly, of course I decided not to give her a tip after her brutality towards me. My nails looked like Shrek's teeth. They were ugly. She deliberately did not paint all of nails well so they would grow out quickly. I will never go back. If I was white she would never have treated me like that.

I got a spa French pedi. So I never had this guy before, seemed to be going ok, a little rough on the heels when they scrub with the purple pad, my toe nails were too long, and then the very end....I asked for a lip wax. I made sure I said LIP ONLY. And the guy that waxed started doing my eyebrows. He trimmed both, waxed one, and I was like I asked for LIP (second time I said Lip to the waxer). So then they spoke in their language and he insists he was told by the guy who did my feet that I wanted my brows done. 🙄. Never going back. How many times, how loud, and clear must I say things? I have THE WORST luck despite them speaking the language or not. How did I walk out with an average French pedi, only one eyebrow waxed, and still tipped them $8? Total was $56. Also, just FYI , there is a sign that says “As of 6/1/18, prices have gone up.”

I just moved to the area & i’ve Tried a few salons. I was recommended this salon. Love my nails! TAYLOR did amazing, very detail oriented. Affordable. Will be back!
