I made an appointment for today New Years Day because after questioning on the phone multiple times that they would be open on a holiday they insisted they would be but would be closed Saturday. I was confused and thought that was weird but was like whatever. Went today and boom they were closed. Wonder if they only did this to me or to others too!?!?

HORRIBLE. The place has gone downhill since they got new owners. I got my nails done yesterday and it was filthy in there. The lady didn’t sanitize my seat after she had a client right before me. Also, she put the tip on crooked on my nail and when I asked her to fix it, she ripped it off and handed me a new tip with glue and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to put on the tip myself. RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR. Then after I said no, she had an attitude and said that she was just going to put it on the same way. I believe her name was María. Also, she took forever to do my nails and left me in the chair and went off to fix someone else’s nails who came in after me. I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was awful.

I go to Cozys because it's close and less expensive than the other salons in the area and the service is OK, on par with other salons. I overlook the fact that its pretty dirty in there, because of the above, but I've been in there twice the last few weeks where they were not enforcing their own mask policy. Yesterday, there was a group of people, all wearing them incorrectly, but an older woman who had it pulled down around her neck and hacking, without covering her mouth over and over again. They never once said a word to her, and there were 2 other elderly people in the salon that could have been affected if the woman was sick. When they all finally left, the man that was working on their nails, never even wiped the table or plexi down.
