Have tried several nail salons in the Murphy area and had
disappointing experiences one being a very upsetting experience with male owner. Therefore, I have not had my nails done in awhile. Creative nails was recommended so I tried them for a manicure. The man was very rough and nearky burned my fingers in the dryer. He did not do a complete nail service and then overcharged me which he did not correct. Needless to say I will not go back.

I have to say even though this place was recommended. I was extremely disappointed. I had an appointment and arrived early but still waited at least 30-45 minutes to be put in a pedicure spa chair but then I waited and watched as the man did my friends pedicure before they even started mine. On top of that the guy was very rough, horrible at shaping my toe nails (which were beautiful, long and square at the time), and then he cut my cuticle pretty badly on one of fingers. My toes look like I tore my nails off filed them a bit and put polish on them. He didn't even shape the correctly (hopefully I will not get an ingrown toe nail from this). I normally do not post reviews but since I looked at the reviews prior to going and there were 5 stars I thought I should let others know that my experience was not a 5 star and to be honest not even a 1 star. I hope they get some more qualified people in there as I am sure I am not the only person who has had this experience.

Maria is concientious about good customer service, gors out of her way to accomodate needs & schedules, always pleasant & good humored.

I have gone to every nail salon in the tri state area and Maria and the staff at Creative Nails are the best. My daughter's and I will not go any place else. Professional, friendly, and clean.

Excellent nail salon. I am very particular and they did a beautiful job. Despite being very busy, Henry and Mary kept things moving and took good care of everyone. Great job!
