If I could rate 0 stars I would. I took my son in who is 5 and the lady butchered his hair even after I showed her a picture. It is uneven and we will NEVER return or recommend to anybody

They messed up my hair big time I asked for a simple layered haircut and they did not even layer my hair they cut it way to short and made it look like a boys haircut and I spent 20 dollars and now I have to spend another 20 somewhere else and get it fixed. Never am I ever going to get my hair cut at smartstyle again!!!!!!!!!!!!
