Called to make sure they did nail designs as pictured. Man said yes. I believe he is owner. Went in for gel fill in and design. He was clueless. Told me the pics were from a different Medford Nail place ? He tried. Horrible job. Not only on the designs but my nails were not polished well and undersides gloppy. Been getting nails done 10 years at numerous places. Worst job. Go elsewhere

Always does a great job on my nails. Employees make u feel comfortable. Very reasonably priced.. Only place I go for my nails.

Absolutely the worst manicure I've ever had!! I choose white gel polish and when the guy finished it was spotted with lint and black stuff underneath.i told the guy about my observation and he replied that's how we do it... aside from the worst manicure the customer service was horrible and a complete waste of $25!!! Would never recommend....

MANAGER IS SO RUDE AND DOESNT EVEN LOOK AT YOU IN THE EYES. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. THE GIRL WAS GOOD BUT THE MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE AND WAS SO DISRESPECTUFL. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
