I had tried 3 times to get a haircut here. A close friend who goes here knows Sara storm a owner and really wanted me to try ago so much that he paid for my haircut. I set an appointment for October 16th a week before going on vacation. She took my phone number and her computer sent me FIVE text messages including one the day before to MAKE SURE I WOULD BE THERE AND NOT WASTE HER TIME..
I drove from Lawrence Kansas a hour drive and arrived 15 minutes early and came in and sat down. both employees looked at me oddly and said can we help you? do you have appointment? I said yes for 2 pm with stormy. I was told oh she is not here today and wont be in today. I called my friend who then called her personal cell phone and left a message. She never attempted to get a hold of me to apologize for wasting my time and from what he told me she never contacted him.
This is VERY unprofessional. As this was the third bad experience here I chose to leave a review. I will NEVER go back not even for a free haircut... WHY? because she is willing to no show and not even attempt to cancel even though her computer will hound you to make sure you show up so as to NOT waste her precious time. Premier Salon? Most definitely NOT

Avoid booking here if you don't already have a relationship with the salon. I made an appointment for a style as I was in KC for an out of town wedding. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance, received my confirmation texts, and showed up 5 minutes early. Amy, my stylist, didn't show. I waited for 35 minutes before leaving. I wasted $25 in Lyft rides for no hairstyle. While the other stylists tried to get ahold of Amy, the only thing they could suggest was to try the salon down the street once they knew she wouldn't be in. Try another salon.
