I saw Happiness Nails and Spa on Saturday for a manicure with nail art and a signature pedicure - it was amazing! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The pedicure was totally relaxing and my feet feel super soft. My nails look awesome and I have received so many compliments!
It was my first time at Happiness Nails and Spa and I legit cannot wait to schedule my next appointment - except my manicure has not chipped at all - so no excuse to go back yet :)

This nail shop is very convenient for me to run to on my lunch break since it’s in the same plaza of my job. I have been coming every 2 weeks since October. I’ve never had a problem with customer service until today. I returned on Monday after a pedicure on Friday due to polish chipping off. Mistakes happen, I thought to myself no problem I’ll go back on Monday. I walk-in and there was no greeting like how can I help you. The owner and his wife sitting in the front providing client service at the time but neither rose their head to acknowledge me until I said, excuse me Ms. She answers how can I help? I tell her I was here Friday nail polish chipped I just need it fix. She replies when the next person is finishes you will be next. The guy finishes his client at the same time another walks in he askes her how can I help you. In the mean time I’m just sitting there waiting. I say Ms did you say when the next person is finished. She then says is the person here who did it. I look around and don’t see her. I’m then told to sit in a chair that was wet and wait. I sat down in the front instead. The owners wife says it’s no problem I’ll do it. I say Ms. it was never a problem for me but for some reason today it is. She did fix my feet. However, this business has received my cash flow bi-weekly on nails and feet which is a good 80$ + tip! As the customer that was not okay and wish my experience would have been different. They have lost a customer!!

Love Happiness Nails. She does my nails BEAUTIFULLY. SHE'S AMAZING. My husband has his manicure and pedicures as well. I love my nails.

My step daughter and I went last week. We were both getting our nails and toes done. It was my first time there. The lady that was doing my full set, asked me to pay ahead of time when she realized I was going to be paying for two people. As a woman of color, at first I was very embarrassed and hurt, but quickly became angry. I have never heard of any place doing that unless the customer offers!!!!!! Then, I saw everyone else (not of color) paying AFTER they were satisfied with the finished result. I told her I would not be paying until the end. She immediately started speaking in another language to her coworkers and they started looking at us weird. I WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST! My fiancee went here to get her nails done, they charged her $50 and did NOT listen to a word she said (rather they heard it, and then did whatever the hell they wanted) The nails came out crooked and do not fit right. She had a picture for reference, and they completely butchered it. I want to say they look like a child did them, but I've seen children do nails better! We will NEVER be returning here to this scam shop again. Please do yourselves a favor and LISTEN to what other people have been saying about this place. There is a reason it has so many bad reviews. They speak very poor english (which makes it hard to explain what you want, and if they don't understand, they just do whatever the hell they want), they try to force you into things you don't need, they are very rude/passively aggressive, and are terrible when it comes to doing nails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
