Dealing with difficult issues is always a challenge. Susan knows how to handle these situations. We had a customer come in complaining about every one and we don’t need that kind of vibe in a good environment that we have. She told the client nicely to please leave the salon. No one should disrespect others and make a scene.

I went to TCB for a Keratin treatment, not only was it a great atmosphere but they are so friendly there! I loved the treatment, my hair has never been softer and all my fly aways and baby hairs are tamed. Couldnt be happier!

Susan is a fantastic hairdresser, I can't recommend her enough. She listens to what you want and makes great suggestions. Love the shop and live her dog!
