I walk In to get a pedicure all chairs were opened. One the girls were sitting at here station, when she was asked to do a pedicure she got up from chair and looked really mad that she had to do a pedicure she would look at me she walked a couple inches from me and had a scowl on her face, At that point I went up to the manager and said I don't think I'll be having a pedicure today. I told the manger why and I left. I did not want that lady touching my feet! FYI she sits in the very back on the left side when you walk in. I won't being going back.

Never had a bad experience and have come here often for a gel manicure. Tracy is so good that they end up lasting much longer than I would expect. I always make an apt so never had a problem getting in and I have never experienced any of the things that all of the negative comments are saying. I guess to each their own.

Suggestion: Don't cramp both of my hands into a water dish? If you don't understand French manicure on real nails, then you don't get my $.
Update: I tried them again, and they have the French down, or at least Summer does. She's the best!

Bad customer service . My first time was great , this second time I came back to do a filling on my acrylic and the lady ask me to comeback tomorrow because she wanted to Close . I don’t think I will come back anymore
