Today I had my nails done by someone who really never does my nail (Lady)
I asked her to cut my nails afterwards I noticed that my left hand nails were shorter than my right hand.I asked her to fix them she did but when it was time to pay she charge me extra.. I wondering why because she made a mistake not I..
I did ask why did you charge extra she justify her saying no is the same price.

I used to like coming here. Now each time I come they are always finding away to charge extra for service that are part of the job. Like 5 dollars to remove polish off your toes..... Really 😑

Loved my gel manicure !! I was uncomfortable at the latter part of my gel predi, the nail Technician turned the massage chair of and positioned the chair so straight I hid to length sideways in the chair.

Got a pedicure..waited about 2 hours..and the she barely massaged my legs.. wth? Never again.

I have been coming to them since I was in high school when they were located on Bloomfield ave . Kim or the owner genrally were the ones to do my nails. Since being at their current location Kim is the only one that did my nails. EVERY TIME I went in there I was either talked about or made fun of in their language. I continued to patronize this establishment until my sister went in two months ago and said how rude they were to her. They treat you like its a privilege to use their services, there's NEVER a welcoming experience and an undertone of racism. They will NEVER get another dollar out of me
