I am so happy with this place. I have sent several of my family and three friends who all frequent this place now because they genuinely care about your experience. Top professionalism and great attention to detail. I have been coming to Nail World 3 for the past two years and am exceedingly happy each visit. Thank you for a terrific staff and genuine smiles. My mother can't stop raving about her visit. Thank you for making her so happy.

I went on Thursday to get acrylics done, and, a week later, they're already starting to pop off? I'm not rough with my nails, I don't soak them, they don't grow abnormally quickly. If anything, I'm way more cautious than others when I have them done. The man who did my nails never pushed my cuticles back or anything, so, within three days, they already looked two weeks grown out. I asked two of my coworkers who used to own a nail salon if my nails looked right for three days after, and they laughed. I should have said something during because I thought it was weird to not manicure the nails a little beforehand, as other places always have, but I trusted that he knew what he was doing. I just can't believe how bad they looked so soon after, especially for what I paid. I'm going to have to just soak them all the way off. They also aren't very even. It was obvious he was rushing to get to the next customer, and I see that they've said they were understaffed, but there were 7 people working that night, with all 6 of the other customers having started before me. Another worker could have gotten the person waiting, or they could have waited a few minutes.

Update: 07/18/2017 response to the owner- 1 Bad nail fix could have been a whole hand that i didn't like. The work of YOUR nail tech spoke for the entire shop.
The only two things I liked about this place was 1. The quick service (went around 2pm) and 2. It only cost me $3.00 to get a nail fixed (I normally pay $5.00). The atmosphere was weird and the nail tech did a horrible job. Other customers were more important to me!
