Charged us for the shape of the nail, the color, ect. In the end it was poor quality. Mine has hair in it and its bumpy and the filing is horrible

What I paid for my nails was RIP OFF, i asked how much was a couple months ago for just getting gel she told me $18 dollars. I went in with out asking how much it cost and at the end I had to pay 32 dollars and when I asked her if she had a paper where I could see the prices she said she did not have any, which is a lie because all nail places have something where the price is listed. she was rushing through everything because she had another client, plus she was not nice. POOR SERVICE

I've been coming here for over 2 years and there has been a lot of changes. However, I still get the same quality of service. I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure comes out to about $65 which isn't too bad. I get my service done from Charm and she's amazing. She doesn't go acrylics so I get those done with Shelby. I would definitely make an appointment because it's a hit or miss when they are busy.
