My wife went here on a Saturday morning for first time, to inquire about getting her nails done, and the person confronted her, "What do you WANT?!" Then they still were short with her about "...Go choose a color." She decided to leave, instead. Is that how much they want a potential new customer? She left. All she did was go in as a potential new customer, but if they can't be polite she will choose another place to spend her money she works hard for all week.

Their service is great. Can get a little busy sometimes, but not much of a wait. They're fast and efficient. If you need acrylic nails done, their service is amazing.

Went in to get my eyebrows done. The employees were very friendly. I asked for thin eyebrows and the employee did exactly what I requested. I live in Brooklyn Park but work in Minneapolis. I will definitely be back; I was done in 10 minutes!

I'm usually coming up with creative things for the technicians to do and they do it politely with a smile and enthusiasm. The service and quality is beyond anything I've received at this price point and above. I'd highly recommend Cosmo two friends and family.
