when I came in I told them I wanted a pedicure & a manicure- the guy told me I can only get one done . I wanted fake nails with the dipping powder he told me they don’t do that but a lady came in after me & wanted the same thing & he said okay 🙄 then I got put with Sarah & she started rushing on my nails , I told her 3 times that she was hurting me , especially when she using the nail filer she ended up cutting into my skin in all my fingers , she cut so deep into my middle finger on my right hand I ended up stopping her & just paying her for what got done & left . I didn’t like there energy or the customer service.. They need to do better , especially if I’m a new customer & haven’t been there before 💯

Today is my first time at Lovely Nails. They are the best nail salon that I have ever been to. They are professional, attentive and have creative designs. I highly recommend Lovely Nails. I reside 35 minutes away yet it is worth the trip.

They did a good job. All I have bad to say is that the appointment was going lovely up until the point to which I told the lady no to gel nails ( cause I didn't want to pay 42 dollars on my nails) and she gave me attitude for the rest of the time but they still came out really nice.
