Had an excellent first-time dramatic cut with Nicole. Clean facility, friendly manager and good prices. Waxing services also available. I plan to return for future cuts and blow outs. Note that there is parking in the rear of the building despite the lot not being visible from Bloomfield Ave.

Had a very terrible and disappointing experience here. I paid $300 expecting to get ombré and instead got highlights that don't even match the color I wanted. I was there for 4 hours way too long. I was so hungry I thought I was going to faint. Clients should never have to sit in a chair for 4 freaking hours without being offered food. Also, my hair is extremely dry and not responding to conditioning treatments.. I think they fried my hair. Never again
