This place is a hidden gem! The place is pristine and the technicians are all professional. The service is top notch and my tech, Emma, is absolutely wonderful! She has magic hands!! I have never left unhappy and my manicures/pedicures last forever! I always get compliments on my nails! No chipping or lifting like I've experienced with other salons. I travel almost 30 minutes to get to the salon and it's 100% worth the drive! All of the services are luxurious! So much bang for your buck!

Vanessa did a phenomenal job on my nails and toes! She took the time to make sure that I was genuinely satisfied with what she did and I could not have asked for a better first experience! Helen- the manager- is also extremely nice and welcoming! I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks!😊

I arrived with no appointment but was provided the best services! I provided specific instructions on my nails and eyebrows arch and Helen done a great job!!! My pedicure was done by another person but she provided excellent service and original artwork on my toes. This was my 1st view but won’t be my last. Thanks ladies for the excellent services!!!!

Nail technician made me feel uncomfortable. After having a stressful anxious week, I wanted to relax and get my nails done. I had dip done on my nails and I asked the technician a question. Each time she cut me off and talked over me without listening to my concern. I shut off completely each time. It made my anxiety levels increased. I asked her one last question and tried to make small talk... and once again she cut me off and told me “just because I don’t look like everyone else here doesn’t mean I don’t know what I am doing. But I’m used to it”. When she checked me out I told her that she made me feel uncomfortable by her comment. Once again she talked over me without listening to me. I told her that’s my main problem. She judged me the moment I sat down without listening to me. She gave me an attitude. She did an awesome job but needs to work on her customer service. I just wanted to feel relaxed and happy instead I left there feeling uncomfortable and with the technician giving me attitude. Overpriced place for the treatment you receive.

My first time here & I'll definitely be coming here every month! Amazing atmosphere, great service, & prices. I just came from Texas & I've been apprehensive about finding a new salon near my place. I'm so glad I took the time to come here & give it a shot. They have the best reviews in Chesapeake for a reason!
