I've given this place TOO MANY chances. I've been 4 or 5 times and every single time I leave extremely disappointed. My nails are never straight, uniform, or done with care. These people don't ask how you would like your nails shaped and then act annoyed when you ask them to shape them the way you want. Today my pedicure came with either hot wax or a hit stone massage - even though I asked for the hot stone massage, the lady decided I needed the hot wax instead. Fuck this place. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars here, tipped at least 40% each time I've gone in (with the exception of today because of the complete lack of "give a shit" in that business), and been nothing but nice as the ladies talk shit about other patrons in Vietnamese. I will never step foot in that establishment again and I will forever tell everyone I come across to avoid them like the plague. You can spend the same amount on your nails somewhere else and get quality results. This place doesn't care.
You can see the difference between my left and right thumb nails. My nails were even and matching when I walked in. How do you fuck up filing this bad, not bother to fix it, and get pissy and tell me my nails are too short and I need tips when I asked you to straighten up the fucking edges?!

Very nice place. Tyler corrected what another place had messed up. He soaked them off instead of pulling them off and damaging my already thin weak nails and I have a new set and they look great! The salon is very nicely decorated. The only down side for me was the dance club music playing, would have preferred something a more relaxing. I’ll be back.

Very nicely decorated Good customer service. Lot's of services to choose from. Nice clean shop, reasonable prices.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. It was 2 weeks prior I had to go in for them to fix a shotty nail job. I get the dipping powder and pay 40 dollars plus a 10 dollar tip. The one that did my nails 2 weeks ago and then had to add a layer only 3 days later to prevent my nails from breaking set me up with an inexperienced tech. I work with my hands on a daily basis and my nails need to be a little thicker than usual. They don't want to do it this way. But I have had nails break because they were to thin. I ask for 4 layers I expect 4 good layers. The tech I had on Thursday didn't go all the way to the edges. I had her fix the ones on my left hand then she proceeded to do a really crapey job on my right hand and it took her a little over 2 hours. After I addressed the work she was peed. Then you could tell she was not a happy camper nor was I. And of course you can tell they are talking about you and laughing at you. But I'm sorry if I'm paying for the work done then do it the way I want it done. I have been going here for almost a year. Now I will be finding a new nail salon. Will not go back there. Also I will not suggest anyone go there. Will take my business elsewhere.

I won't go anywhere else. People are very friendly. I enjoy it here very relaxing.
