I just love Brooklyn! Been going to her for about 4 years. My hair was not in a good way and then I found her. ♥️
Update: my daughter-in-law saw Brooklyn yesterday and loved her haircut, she is pretty picky and feel in love with her hair and today she brought her mom to get a haircut and she's loves hers too. Her mom said she has never come away from a Salon feeling so good about her hair. Go Brooklyn!!!

Cynthia Akins is an incredible stylist - I can’t speak highly enough of her. She listens, always knows what will work best for your hair, and delivers every time.

My experience with Luxe was fantastic!! To start, it's so clean & the receptionist was incredibly nice & accommodating!! I see "Cynthia" & she is fantastic!!! I had almost shoulder length hair & walked out with a "pixie-cut"!!! I requested it & I adore my new look!! I've received several compliments on my hair!!! Don't try any other salon/spa!! I highly recommend "Cynthia"!!! They are located inside "SanTan Mall"; however they're
close to the parking lot!! Excellent access.

Extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago and was informed less than 2 hours prior to the appointment that my appointment was double booked (and just noticed now?) and the stylist Danielle could no longer see me unless I was able to come in a full hour earlier. I let them know that would be fine and I would leave work early to accommodate their scheduling mishap. No problem. I arrived 14 minutes past the newly scheduled appointment time due to traffic and was turned away because their policy is that I must be there within 15 minutes of appointment time. Pointed out I was technically still within the 15 minute time frame and still declined my appointment. Very disappointed in the customer service or lack there of :( will not be returning to Luxe because of poor scheduling and customer service.
