I went to the house of polish today for a full set of nails. I was greeted at the door and taken right a way. The stylist was a man named Tyler. I showed him a picture on my phone and he created the design on my nails. They are beautiful. I look forward to going there again. I recommend this place for an awesome job.

Tyler did my nails. They look great, thank you! Salon is relaxing and clean.

This is literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I booked 5 appointments here prior to my wedding rehearsal for my bridal party and mom. Not only were they not staffed to help all 5 of us (taking only one at a time) but they continued to take in and help other customers while my bridesmaids sat around waiting to be helped (sitting 45 minutes before she was even helped). The woman helping me (the bride) continued to make these horrible faces while working on my nails and gave me the worst attitude when I tried to stand up for my bridesmaids while they sat there with feet in lukewarm water while the salon continued to accept customers. The appointment took so long that we were late by an hour to the wedding rehearsal even though I had booked us more than adequate time. If you can’t take care of a group of 5 in less than 2 hours AND have a decent attitude about it, then don’t accept the appointment. I highly discourage anyone from ever going to this salon.

Took my daughter here to get a manicure and pedicure and she absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be coming back.

Tonight I decided to treat myself to a relaxing manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment ahead of time and showed up early to allow enough time to pick my colors. Unfortunately, my experience at the House of Polish was anything but relaxing. My technician was very rude and had an attitude. She spent the majority of my session texting on her cell phone, yelling at the dog for barking, rushing through my drying time which resulted in wet nails that had to be repainted twice and if that wasn’t enough she rushed me over to the pedicure station. After she filled the basin with cold water, she decided to text and talk on the phone to make dinner plans and then stepped out for a 20-minute break while my feet sat in a tub of cold water. When she finally returned after her 20-minute break, she began my pedicure in which she nicked my toes that resulted in bleeding and had the nerve to use a brush that came out of a dirty plastic container. I will never go back to this establishment!!!! For anyone who plans to visit the House of Polish beware of the utensils, they are using. For the House of Polish staff, you may want to consider how you treat your customers and recognize that people spend their hard earned money for a relaxing experience. Good luck to you in the future…..
