I've recently returned to Vacaville, so I've been on the search for a decent nail salon. Today's visit to Lovely Nails is my second & last for the following reasons:
- When I go to a beauty maintenance business, I don't expect to find babies or toddlers interrupting my appointment time. As a paying customer, this is my time & experience to enjoy. I had the same thing happen to my former nail salon while in Hawaii when the owner's toddler wandered to the tub, with food, as my feet were soaking. It too was my last visit. What happened to leaving kids at a sitter & not bringing them to your job site?
- The staff continually conversed in their language while I was just there, like a piece of furniture. Their was definitely a language barrier which is not conducive to customer service. Very rude & uncomfortable!
Therefore my search continues. 😣

This location has new ownership as of April 11, 2016. They have remodelled and have great employees. Very friendly!! I recommend that you give the new ownership a try.

I've been going here for about 5 years. The owner is extremely pushy and not pleasant, not to mention she can't do nails to save her life. I only go to Michelle, she's really good and very nice to work with. I'm VERY particular about my nails and I've been to nail salons all over the country. No one does my nails like Michelle and she's the only reason I continue to be a customer of this business.
