DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Bad experience all around. Half-ass pedicure. The middle-aged guy did my toes. Didn't clean under the nails. He applied lotion on my legs and my heels AFTER my toes were polished, like it was an afterthought. No lotion on the front half of my feet. Then he grabbed my shoes and purse and made me walk to a chair in front of a fan. Mind you, I'm walking across a public floor on my bare feet (still slippery with the half-foot lotion weirdness. Guess I should be thankful I could grip the floor with the ultra-dry front half of my feet). Then... here's the icing on the cake... He says it's $20. I hand him $20 cash and ask for change for my other $20 (for a tip). He gives me 4 x $5s. No $1 bills at all. So slimy and manipulative. He was forcing a $5 tip. What a devious person. Never again. Buh-bye.

Gentleman helped me with my elderly fathers nail. He did a great job never did he get more professional looking nails. My dad suffers from parkinson. I will be returning with my daughter on July 10, 2108 for additional work.

I have been to many different nail salons here in Lynchburg, and many has disappointed me, but none like beautiful nails. I don’t even know where to start! I went in to get a fill-in with gel polish which starts at $25. I broke a couple nails so my total came $30. I was okay with that. I give him (I do not know his name) my DEBIT card, he says it’s decline.. I tell him it has to be something wrong with their system bc I know there is money there. I have the app so I pulled up the app to prove to him that there is in fact money in my account.. he swipes it again, and I look over like, “hey hey hey, don’t swipe it again because it could be charging me because I know it’s money there.” By this time everyone is looking at me and I’m feeling embarrassed. He come over like, “decline decline!” Im trying to tell him that it’s something on his end. I give him my CREDIT card to charge it there and that works.. while I’m signing for my credit card I get a text indicating the transaction of $30 from my DEBIT card was successful. So right now I’m furious. I called my bank and asked them just to assure before I decided to make a scene. The representative confirms the transaction from my DEBIT card was successful, and asked to speak with the manager there to give her a confirmation number or something and the Asian lady did not want to talk. She kept repeating herself.
I told them that once I got my statements in the mail at the end of the month indicating I was charged TWICE for a fill-in ($60) (once on my debit card and once in my credit card) I was coming back to get my money. I cannot believe the experience I had with them.. and to make matters worse my nails look horrible. He couldn’t get them even; I got frustrated and told him “never mind, forget it, I’ll file them myself when I get home.” They’re fat and wide, and slightly slanted at the edge.Not to mention my left thumb has completely peeled off a layer. Once I find out how to post a picture on here I will. Do not! & I repeat, DO NOT waste your time or your money on this raggedy ass shop! First and last time! Never again. They need to be shut ALL THE WAY DOWN!

I tried many other nail salons in Lynchburg, but in the end, I still go back to Beautiful Nails. Salon is clean, prices are cheaper than other salons, and they do nails and feet very well.
