Came in to get services. Sat and waited for 30 minutes. No one came. Several customers came in after me and were serviced before me. Not good customer service. Be fair to everyone not just select customers. Then when they finally came

Although the young woman who did my nails, CeCe, was very friendly and personable, the service was horrible. The salon was short staffed, so she stopped several times to tend to other customers. It also took her over 3 hours to get my nails done, and they looked horrible. CeCe assured me that she could do the style that I requested, and instead of admitting that she was in over her head, she continued to make a mess of my nails. Most importantly, I contracted a nail fungus from the products she used. I definitely won't be back!

CC is very personable as well as skilled. She knows her customers and quickly learns their preferences—nail colors, nail length and shape, etc. Luong (Long?) isn’t strong in English but she is quite talented, and very nice. All of them make me feel welcome and they go out of their way to make sure I’m pleased with their work. And I always am!

Kim’s nails is so wonderful and accommodating! I absolutely love their work and such friendly staff!
