My mother scheduled an appointment to have her hair done. After being told everything she wanted was do-able. The appointment was canceled the day of by the stylist. She explained to my mother. she had other clients and no longer had time to get coloring. She didn't offer to reschedule with my mother. She simply told her to cancel and thats that. The whole thing is extremely unprofessional.
I stand by my first review. It's unprofessional to be aware of an appointment for days and not acquire the proper tools to complete the task. I find it unprofessional to tell the client in the consultation that what she wanted was do-able, schedule with her. And than cancel and explain that the proccess isn't actually what she would want the day of. I didn't say she couldn't reschedule. You never offered too reschedule with her. I've had stylist cancel the day of, And they have always reach out to reschedule with me. 0- stars

She can slay some hair BUT IF YOU WANT SOMETHING SIMPLE, SHE WILL NOT CATER TO YOU! You have to pay full price or no appt. at all!

I haven't gotten so many compliments on my hair in years. I left feeling like a rock star and haven't wanted to put my hair in a ponytail (my go to) since I got it cut last month. It feels and looks thicker, healthier, and since I'm wearing my hair down, it even looks longer after having over 6 inches cut off the ends. They work magic here, and I am already looking forward to my next hair cut here.

I am impressed with the knowledge on natural hair. The shop is clean. I was grateful to see that with covid still an issue she took the necessary steps to ensure both of our safeties. I got a hydration treatment for the first time. She took the time to explain all aspects of the treatment and walked me thru each step. Still, a week later, my hair still looks the way it did when i first got it done!! For my hair thats un heard of! I will be booking again!!
