Absolutely the worst nail salon that I have ever been too on my life!! I am not even one to write bad reviews for a place of business but I absolutely do not recommend this place at all. I am very particular when it comes to my nails. I showed the lady who greeted me the design that I wanted and she said that it could be done. When it came time to paint my nails and I showed the girl the design, she said she couldn't do it. So I showed her another one and she said that she couldn't do that one either. So I said forget it. Now I was like ok maybe my pedicure will go better. I was wrong!!!! My feet wasn't scrubbed properly and was rushed. Literally like 5 seconds for each feet... Then she drained the water and started putting lotion on.. I was like what the heck??? Nothing was cleaned... she didn't even attempt to properly cut my cuticles until I mentioned something and did it right then. Afterwards, she put the color on and it was rushed and that's when they asked me what was the occasion, I had to lie and say it was my wedding. That's when they were like oh, congratulations and attempted to take their time. I went to dry my nails and the machine wasn't working and by this time I am beyond livid because the paint job looked horrible. I took my stuff and left and my nails got messed up even more on top of that. Like people, do not go there. It will be a waste of your money. The lady had the nerve to hand me more cards and told me to bring more people and she will give me a discount. I'm sorry, but your services are not worth mentioning. So very unprofessional!!!!!!

Really bad don’t go here .. they messed up my eye brows it’s not shape I walked in with !!!!! They also put the wax in my hair and lashes

I have given them so many chances over the last year. I have had to go back to get shoddy pedicures fixed because they are rushing. There are usually not enough workers to accommodate clients. The last couple of times I was there they had disputes with customers regarding over- billing or extreme wait time. I spend good money in there as I have been taking my teenage daughter and we have been experimenting with gel manicures. When I declined a second gel manicure the worker seemed annoyed and said I had to pay $5 to take off the gel polish before giving me a regular manicure. Friday I got the worst eyebrow wax. She did a quick rush job and when I questioned her about plucking additional hairs she blew me off and rushed me out of the room! Their service is just too inconsistent. They're more focused on getting bodies in the chair and less on quality service. Today I will go in with my free manicure card to fix this mess on my fingers that I got on Friday which is now chipping and I will not be back. I will go across town rather than go there.

Really bad pedicure. I was very disappointed with the service. Never again!!! They are very unprofessional and very pushy with offering more expensive services and demanding tips before service was completed.
