Only reason I'm giving this one star is because you have to rate it. Otherwise it would be zero! I came in for ombre nails and it came out looking like the girls who try to do ombre hair at home with a straight line across. If I would have known it was going to look like this I would have went the cheap route and just had French tip, because that's exactly what it looks like. And my nails are stacked above my fingers, like elephant nails. She didn't file them down how they should be. And yes I voiced my concern. I also spoke with the manager and she said, "That's all we can do." Really? For $97 that's the work you do? I can post pics if needed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Such a huge waste of money!!!

Extremely reasonable prices, friendly and fast service, and hands down the best shellac manicure I've ever had! It lasted 6 weeks before I broke down and removed the polish because it had grown out so much. This picture was taken 3 weeks after my mani. No chipping, no lifting. Highly recommend.

When a young girl comes in and asks to have only one hand done because their other hand doesn't have fingers, there are many ways to make that young customer feel comfortable. Instead, the awful nail tech needed to see the hand, then laughed uncontrollably, to the point she asked if she could have a minute, because she could't stop laughing. When the young girl's mother called she was told her daughter was lying, as if anyone would make that up. No apology was given. Just awful. I've known this little girl her entire life and I've seen many many examples of love and compassion given to her because of her hand. What is wrong with your nail salon that you employ such awful people? I won't be back.

Reasonable prices and good if you need to walk in somewhere at the last minute but not a very relaxing atmosphere.

I took my Mom here for Mother’s Day. They made her wait and started on my nails. The light they use for my gel was too hot and they made comments about my skin and my mom’s nails. On top of all that, I got gel and it started peeling two days later. What a waste.
