My review should be 0 since I didn’t have anything done. I was on my way to a party and a nail broke. I went in to have the nail replaced and one nail painted. The man who spoke to me said he couldn’t do it. He didn’t have a color to match. I found a color that would match and then he told me it wouldn’t last more than a day. I said that was fine since I just need it for the party. He began to argue more and asked when I got my nails filled and why I didn’t go back there. I repeated that I was on the way to a party and the other salon was too far away. I finally left. The man at the salon was very rude and I guess not interested in new business. It was closer to my home and I hoped I would like it. They will never get my business or business from anyone I know.

I come all the way from Roanoke to go to Tony. I can't find anywhere better to go. All other places I've gone to the acrylics fall off within a few days and are bulky and trashy looking. Not with Tony. They look flawless and natural. Make an appointment before going to get the best service. They are very busy.

Had an “appointment” for my son and I yesterday...acted like they didn’t know...owners very rude...had pedicure and they cut my toenails crooked and painted French tip crooked...I complained and they said it was the way my toenails grew...not true...never had a crooked French tip before. Maybe they should stop trying to watch tv while working and not have child running around...will not spend my money there anymore...overpriced anyway for lousy service...

I visited this place about 3 weeks ago for a pedicure and manicure....since the course of the time I have had 3 toenails removed due to INFECTION. My Dr. Told me they cut the nails the wrong way and way to short and open my nail beds up for infection. I will be glad to show anyone pics if they wish but it is graphic and gross. The pain I have endured for pretty toenails was not worth it. They used the same pumice stones on my.feet they used on someone else's prior to mine....and I watched then spray spic n span in the foot tub to "clean it out" this doesn't even touch germs and bacteria such as MRSA, STAPH, VRE, CRE etc.....I work in the health field and ever since this experience and seeing all I saw I have realize no nail is a clean and sterile environment. No autoclave to clean the nail clippers, cuticle pushers etc. If this happened to someone else they would have sued....I simply want awareness to other ladies out there. Be cautious when doing your nails and toes.....YALL ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL THE WAY YOU ARE.......STAY HAPPY AND HEALTHY!

My sister went here and received horrible service. They clumped the gel on the ends of her nails and you could see through the rest of it. Her toenails had the top coat clumped on and when she asked if they could fix this they wouldn’t. They said it was the way her nails were shaped (even though they are flat so that makes no sense). She’s never had a problem getting her nails painted anywhere else. They wouldn’t fix her nails or refund her. It was also way over priced. They were SO rude to her and she will never be going back. Don’t bother going to this place if you want your nails done right!!
