Won’t be back to this place ever again. I was the first customer to arrive and I was seated right away but the nail technician started my nails, then kept leaving and helping other technicians work on their clients. After he returned he was working so fast that he cut skin and caused two of my fingers to bleed. To top it off, I finally got the manicure done and then had to sit and wait for the polish while he worked on someone else’s toes. I understand it gets busy, but perhaps work on one customer at a time and SLOW down so you don’t make anyone bleed!

Clean and open space. Employees were very nice and gentle. The only thing bothersome was the overwhelming smell of nail chemicals. Wish there was better ventilation.

This place is horrible. Went in for a pedicure and sat in chair for so long with my feet in what was hot water, by the time they started on my feet the water was cold. Upon completion my big toenail had an S shape across the top, the 3 middle toes on my right foot were long like he forgot to trim them, still had a white crest. The 3 middle toes on my left foot were shorter then what they should have been, tender skin exposed. My pinky toes were filed to a point so they looked like claws and were snagging on my socks. No uniformity across all 10 toes at all. Looked like a 5 year old did it. Went home and had to fix them. Ohh yeah, the massage chairs don't work as well, the remotes are broken. Find a different place to get your pedicures and manicures done.

The blonde Asian woman did a horrible 10 min. pedicure. Cut into nail beds, nails cut so short they hurt, and nails were cut crooked. The Massage was a bad joke.
When the woman was told about the complaint, she popped her head up over the couch where she was resting, stared, and then went back to her break.
Cleanliness is also a major concern.

Highly suggest not ever going here. Waist of time. Charged me $75 for a full set and it doesn’t even look decent. They’re crooked, not shaped, uneven lengths and the gel polish started peeling off the next day. And to top it off the service was poor.
