Really amazing staff and they always get my nails correct. Which means a lot to me cause I am very picky about my nails and the color being just right. Any time I ask for something different they do and do and great job at it as well. Like when I got married and wanted I do on my nails they did beautifully. Very clean which is extremely important

It was only 2workers when we arrived after 10am. Very unorganized and they put ppl before you , Rush and didn't take they time. Need new management!!!!!!

I went for a repair and ended up with an inexperienced nail tech. So, I had to basically talk her through my repair. Will not go back

I just left this place and will NEVER go back again. The huge turn off was at the end of my service when while drying my pedi and mani the lady shouted across the room telling me, in a very dismissive manner, that I was finished. Not asking but telling me. I’ve never, in all my 30 years of getting this service from numerous places across different states, been dismissed from one of these stores. I’m a behind the scene person who shy away from attention. That woman had all the clients and staff staring at me as if I did something wrong. Then the manager ( i’m assuming he was the manager) came right over and took the money out of my hand. In the past I pay at the desk. His action added more to what she did. Unless you speak their language you don’t know what they’re saying about you. Both their actions had the entire place quiet, as if waiting for me to lash out in a belligerent manner to match their attitude. I don’t know what that was all about, but they were rude and it left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed. For the manager and staff You should learn how to respect your customers. Your lack of respect will cause you to loose business. You can be sure that I’ll share my experience with others.
