Used to love coming to get my lashes done here until the unprofessionalism set in. Stephanie canceled my appointment because “I was her only appointment of the day”. That is extremely lazy. I told her that I was extremely busy and could not move my appointment to another time this week. I have been very accommodating to Stephanie in the past but she does not return the favor. I am the client who is paying you for a service. It is not my responsibility to accommodate you. Her refusal to keep my appointment because she “didn’t feel like coming in” has me now scrambling to find someone to do my lashes for my birthday on Thursday. I will never return to Doll Eyes Lashes.
Update: I HIGHLY recommend Glimpse Lash!! They used the right weighted lashes on my small lashes (Stephanie was using lashes that were way too heavy and were dropping)! Their place is GORGEOUS and much bigger than Doll Eyes, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is professional and sweet!

Crystal is awesome! She microbladed my brows and I LOVE them! She was super attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, gave lots of advice and recommendations with her knowledge, and has a great attention to detail.

The first photo you see are my natural eyelashes. In the Center my eyelashes when I first started going to get my eyes done. And then my eyelashes two weeks after going to doll eyes. They glued eyelash extensions to my actual eyelid not the eyelashes, the lady kept burping in my face and was unprofessional, let alone the lady glued multiple of my natural eyelashes to one fake lash in order to get done quicker. Disgusted and upset that I now have to remove all of my extensions to hope that my eyelashes grow back from the damage.

Crystal is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. She has been hooking up my eyebrows and lashes for years while becoming a lifelong friend! She makes me effortlessly beautiful saving me tons of time! She always has me looking and feeling my best. I’d be lost without her!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I was hesitant to get lash extensions and Angie very gently encouraged me. I went from single lashes to some with a bit more volume and have completely given up my mascara. I love her and these lashes.
