This place was VERY clean and professional. No ghetto situations. ALL tools were clean and sterilized after use. My pedicure tools were out of a NEW bag even ☺ Plenty of stations for nails and feet on both sides of store. I was very pleased. And the massage chair was the best one I've set in- honestly made me feel pampered without going to a full service spa. 👑😉✨

I’ve been going here awhile because it’s the closest nail salon but it’s not worth it anymore. Only a few really good nail techs & to expensive for what you get. Often my nails aren’t the same shape, gel polish chips within a week, even with appointment the wait is to long. I don’t have time to keep going to the nail shop to fix things that should of been done right the first time. I’ve found a new shop & I’ll be going there from now on.

This is my first time coming here. My first impression was they need to clean up. There's nail polish on the walls and on the table where you sit and have your nails air dried. There's cobwebs and just an overall dirty floor. Now when I arrived it was 9:50 am (they open at 10 am) so that tells me they didn't do any cleaning from the night before or when they got in. I only got a pedicure and the young lady that did my pedicure was good and seemed really nice; we didn't converse. She wasn't rough or too soft. There was a lot of chattering going on between her and her co-workers that was taking her focus away from me. I can do without that. Other than that once the place started to get busy everybody was heads down and focusing on their client. I will be returning and I would recommend this place to someone else.

Bad experience. The nail techs were great and told me the prices for the services. I got an eyebrow arch and wax. The lady did extra and even though I told her "no" she did it anyway. She never said the price was extra. Even though it was only $5 extra, it's the principle. They would not listen and it wasn't a language barrier, it was greed. I will not be returning. Lack of customer service and they got all the employees staring. I was cool and paid for the service, I normally tip well but not this place. You lost a few customers for $5.

Gel manicure only lasted a little less than a week. When I’ve gotten it done at other places it’s lasted me at least 2 weeks like it should. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning.
