First time back recently after about a year and I was sadly disappointed. Made an appointment for two pedicures two days beforehand, walked in and sat down. Then proceeded to wait a half hour while my mother-in-law started her pedicure and I just watched. Normally that wouldn't bother me, but by the time my tech came over it felt like she was rushing through my deluxe pedicure, not very relaxing. Mother in law and I ended up finishing at the same time. I also ended up with a cut on my toe.

I have been going to Princess Nails for many years. I am never disappointed. The service is great. Everyone is very professional and does an amazing job. I’d recommend anyone to go here!!
