Nice shop. Tam did a great job on the design on my toe. My first time there but I will certainly go again.

I had a my hands with a french tip and my toes a different color my toes come out fantastic but my nail polish on my hand came right off when i wash my hand i was really disappointed on the work that was done

I made an appointment for 1130 they didn't seat me until 1210. I then had to continue to wait another 7 minutes or so. By then the water was cold and my feet were getting pruned. They do NOT use plastic in the pedicure tubs. I was getting the callus treatment. Nancy used the tool to apply the callus ointment to one foot THEN SET IT ON THE GROUND!! She was about to pick it up to use it on the other foot. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I was thoroughly disappointed with how UNSANITARY Beauty Secrets is! They used old spongages to "clean" out the tubs.

Hidden secret off Simi! Friendly staff, great pricing and good quality. Walk-in welcomed, but appts may be needed for afternoons.
