I really like using them. I've only had full sets & pedicures. They do have a full salon for Children, Men & Women also. They do not rush at all. They also offer a discount for your birthday if you have your info is logged in their computer.

Nikki did my nails. Waited 45 minutes. Simple pink and white nails took 1 hr 30 minutes. SO SLOW. Made me bleed with drill and didnt stop to sanitize. It's been less then a week and I already need a fill. Oh and I left with white stuff all over my fingers. She said it will wash off after I had already wash my hands. She gave me oil to put on it. So I left out with oil on my hands rubbing my fingers. I WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY PERSON IN THEIR.

Wonderful staff and relaxing pedicure. I love the way they rub your shoulders when they do your manicure too today I had a facial as well as a mani and pedi and it was absolutely wonderful

1st time I've been there was yesterday and they should have a 5 star rating they do very very good nails And I will be going back there from now on

HORRIBLE customer service! rushes and doesn’t listen. i got my eyebrows waxed and she got wax all in my lashes and in my hair then tried to pull the wax out my hair. if u are going to spend your money for something u want i DO NOT recommend going to Nicky nails in groves!
