They refused service because they were too busy when their sign clearly says walkins welcome! Will never attempt to go back! Extremely rude!

I didn’t even get my nails done. I used to go to this place when it was VIP Nails. Idk if they changed management or what but I went in and asked for a manicure and a full set of acrylics and the lady laughed in my face and went “a full set isn’t a manicure 🙄”, which wasn’t what I even said. I’ve gone in once before they changed the name when they were still renovating and they were friendly then, so I’m not sure what happened within the last year but, it’s a no for me. Currently looking for a new nail salon.
