I have been getting dip manicures for over a year now at another salon and I like them better than gel manicures. They last for at least a month when I go to the other salon. I have been to this salon a few times and it has been ok. The only thing I didn’t get was the hand massage. So I thought that was maybe just this salons preference. The problem I did have and was dissatisfied with was with in 3 days my thumb cracked and I had to remove a corner of it, then in another few days my index finger cracked and I had to remove a corner of it. Now my middle finger nail is cracked (yes on the corner). In 10 days 3 nails cracked! I’m not sure if they use cheap or old products but I will be going to my regular salon tomorrow to pay for another dip manicure that will last.

I love this place! I have tried a lot of other places in the area and this is by far the best. The place is clean, and they do a great job. The price is great also. They will also serve you wine complements of them, but you have to ask. They do get very busy sometimes which means you have to wait, but they will do their best to get you done in a timely manner. Sometimes the employees will be working with more then one customer at a time. They will wrap someones nails and then go and work on someone else while the acetone does its job. They will even stay late and not rush the job if you come in close to closing time. I have never been told we are closing you will have to come back another day. They care about their customers and always remember me. I believe that this is a family run business. All the employees seem to be related in some way. I recommended this salon to everyone.

Hillary did my pedicure and did a fantastic job! I chose an Opi color and asked several times if they had the matching color in acrylic as I needed a fill for my acrylic nails and new polish... I was assured it was no problem they had the matching color! Jimmy did my nails but never spoke to me throughout the entire session !! I have been coming here off and on for 2+ years!!
When I arrived home and my husband admired my nails we noted they are a different color than my toenails!!!! Not what I requested!!! Then I remembered why I stopped visiting here before Covid19 because this happened before.... the SAME thing!!
I am returning tomorrow and asking for my money back for my manicure!! Why can’t they match colors ???!!!
