Wow, I go in for pedicure and was greeted by the most beautiful smiling face ever! Her name is Kimmy, she does a wonderful job, explains every step of the process, speaking wonderful English. I enjoyed my time spent with her, and the hard work she put forth for me so much that I am going to try to go back to see her every two weeks, not only to get my feet done but also my hands! I have to admit, I have a secret agenda....I want to also look at and talk with Kimmy, she is the most beautiful Asian girl I have ever seen!

I love cranberry nail and spa. I will not go anywhere else. Kimmy is the best, she cares so much and wants to make sure you are happy. I have always loved my nails and the pedicures that I have had and I receive so many compliments. Everyone there is always so nice and wants to make sure you are happy with your service. Thank you cranberry nails and salon for being the best !!!!

As soon as I sat at the pedicure station the water was turned on and the technician walked away causing me to flag down someone else to stop the water before it over flowed. My nails looked nice at a glance and then I realized there were spots in the middle of my nails missing polish completely making my nails look dirty. Service was rushed and it felt like they just want to get to the next person. Rather aggressive when changing my shoes out for their flip flops. I was pointed at the dryer and told to go sit at it with no assistance. Customer service was borderline nonexistent. Also not really sure if the were new gloves put on after doing my feet and rushing to the next person. Place is nice but not where you want to go if you want the pedicure you deserve.

I dislike this place very much. First of all it is disgusting in there. All of their tools are used and they never ever clean them along with the place itself is always a mess. The workers never get my shape right and constantly rip/burn my skin. I’ve been going to them for the past couple months but not anymore. Absolutely terrible. Not to mention it’s against license to not used new tools for new customers.
