Time: 2hrs Notes: Ugh. On the one hand, this is the first tech in a while that didn't make me bleed while doing my cuticles, but if I have to bleed to get good service then apparently that's how it's going down. Attached is a picture of what I wanted, a picture of what I got, and a pic of the pedi. I didn't appreciate paying what I did, and that there were blatant imperfections in my pedicure that she tried to say "looks good", and I had to have her correct them. In the end, I was so pressed for time I didn't have the patience to stay longer and have her fix anything else on the manicure, despite gel polish gobbed all over the sides of my nails! Did you know gel polish BURNS LIKE A MOFO when it's on your fingers under the light? **I DO, NOW** They even charged me an extra $5 for being extra, which I was happy to pay, but not pleased with the results... Then, while waxing my upper lip, she kept trying to get me to purchase an eyebrow wax. Homegirl couldn't even get my nails straight, ain't NO WAY I was gonna trust her and walk out of there looking like a confused basic bi**h. Stay away from my brows! Based on the other reviews, I may try it one more time with a different technician.

I got to the salon about 9:45 today and it’s 11:44 now and all I needed was a fill and my toes simply PAINTED and the way they have trapped my ass in his damn place is by starting on my nails Little by little now one girl was starting on my nails then threw me to the side because her appt was late then came in anger name is Chelsea. I always thought if your appt was late they then have to wait a little because the woman right here has been patiently waiting and we have to tend to her first but they have been extremely unprofessional in the way they have treated me since I’ve been here to the point where they have lost my business forever because just like they have a clock to tell time so do I and it’s unprofessional to run a business and not give good customer service to everyone not just your favorite customers because first impressions last a lifetime.

Love Royal Nail and Spa! You are treated like royalty. Everyone is so nice! My nails are always gorgeous!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure, both with gel. Oh my gosh. I'm never going anywhere else. They did such a good job and took their time to make sure that my finger nails were perfectly shaped and perfectly painted. The pedicure was so relaxing I thought I was going to fall asleep. My feet feel so amazing. And this was a great way to start my day. If you're look to treat yo self, this is the best place to go.
