Love Mindy’s! I have been going here for 15 years or more. I highly recommend this Nail Salon! If you’re looking for a place with skilled and caring people this should be your choice!

I love love love going to Mindys!! She greats me by name each and every time I walk threw the door. Always get an amazing design each time no matter what tech does my nails!!! Everywhere I go I get tons of compliments.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend Mindys Nails. My daughters fingers are so sore from where the nail tech was using the electric nail file. Also, her nails look as if we would have done them at home. Definitely a waste of money and won’t be going back. Not salon quality nails.

I have waited a few days after my negative experience here to write a review in hopes that the salon would try to make it right, but unfortunately that did not happen. I was in 3 days ago to get eyelashes done. Just a few hours after leaving, they had already begun to fall out. I immediately contacted Mindy and she said if I came back, she would fix them. I explained to her that i lived an hour away and was only in town for the day and could not come back. I asked if she could please offer a refund, but never received a response. The next day I contacted her again as several more eyelashes were gone. Once again she said to come back in and she would fix them and once again I explained that I could not come back since I did not live in town and would like a refund, as now I was missing half of the lashes after just 1 day. I sent her pictures of the lashes and she apologized saying that should not have happened, but again refused to offer a refund. I appreciate the fact that she had offered to fix the lashes, but cannot believe that when it was not an option for me to return for the salon, there was nothing she would do for me. It is disappointing that they do not stand behind the work that they do. I completely understand that services go wrong sometimes, but i have never experienced a salon so unwilling to try to make it right for their customer.
