The girl on the phone was very nice so I drove a bit farther to try this spot rather than others that were closer and w/ equal'ish ratings. The place was packed but I was taken quickly, nonetheless. The girl I was assigned to was quiet but seemed fine. My acrylic nails were in need of a few repairs and I knew this going in, of course. She wanted to take all nails off and put on a new set. I had a new set w/in the past month or so. She said it's gonna cost the same anyway. She proceeded to leave the 4-5 nails on that weren't loose. She was clearly starting to act annoyed at this point. I then noticed one of the new nail tips was crooked. She tried to convince me that my nail grows crooked (?!)). I have NO nails let alone nails growing crooked... w/ à tip that was just attached to a finger next to another new tip that was as straight as the other straight ones. She painfully removed the new tip, aka her mistake and proceeded to show her annoyance from then on. I was relieved that she didn't do a terrible job just to spite me. She was further annoyed by my showing her the need for a 3rd coat (not soooo uncommon w/ some of these polishes). She charged me $40 for a fill w/ repairs and didn't give the full set as she had stated would be better and the same money. The nails looked good but didn't last a wk even. I had to go somewhere else, of course, a wk later and get a fill w/ 3 repairs for nails that popped or broke off. I wish I knew/remembered the techs name so I could complain to shop as well as assist w/ decision making, should someone opt to go here for acrylics.

Love this place!!!! Lush nails is the best salon in town!! The owners Ashley and Andy are amazing!!! They always go above and beyond what is expected. I receive many compliments and am frequently asked where I have my nails done!! 💕

Was not very happy with my pedicure at all and I did say something, but it was ignored. It was promising with the tub liners and nice polish collection. My “nail tech” was not good at all. I upgraded to the Seaweed because I was looking to be pampered. She was so not interested in what she was doing, it was almost mechanical. Horrible cuticle work, she didn’t know how to properly work the nippers and she didn’t know how to handle a foot. It was like she was afraid to touch them. When it came time for the scrub she patted it on my legs and totally missed my foot. She didn’t even work it in. I thought maybe there was a mask, but nope, she then massaged by wiping the lotion over my leg and that was all. When I asked if she had actually caught that I wanted to upgrade she said, “ yeah, I used seaweed based products.” What? But you didn’t do anything with them! Then she proceeded to wipe off my toe nails and polish 1/2 the toes nails. I actually had to have her go over them again. Not worth the $10 upgrade, I walked out feeling not pampered and ripped off! I doubt she was even a licensed nail technician! She looked like she just needed a summer job and they hired her!
