I have been going to this salon for several years. My only problem is Lena. She does the best job of anyone there. But she is very rude. She hasn't done my nails for a couple of years. I just found out that she doesn't like me. She made my last visit so uncomfortable , I don't know if I will go back.😒

Some advise for VV
If you say it won’t take long- just a couple minutes to be seen while you finish up with a client, don’t make it 30 minuets before someone is starting my pedicure.
Especially if I ask should I come back because it’s taking longer then expected and you tell me no.
I would have come back. I sat waiting and getting more frustrated rather then feeling relaxed.
Side note, tried to avoid this situation by making an appointment and they told me only walk ins were available.

This place is great. Very friendly, no pain, lots of colors. Pedicure chairs are very nice, the massaging functions have lots of options. Will work you in or you can call ahead for reservation. Good prices lots of parking, nice location.

They always do amazing, are friendly and have always been accomodating - especially when I bring in my 4 yr old daughter.

I love VV nails. I go there occasionally for weekly fill. The prices are fair too. They also do my eyebrows and very good at it. Thank you
