Bottom line: it works in a hurry but isn’t where I would go for a girls day/to relax
I was hesitant to try here after reading the reviews but the concierge at our hotel recommended it and it was within walking distance so I gave it a try...
Pros: I got right in and was done quickly, I thought the prices were reasonable (I got a gel manicure and pedicure)
Cons: there was not a lot of attention spent to shaping the nails and there was absolutely no massage or lotion etc with the manicure (and it was minimal with the pedicure). The shop also didn’t feel very clean.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
I don't usually write reviews, but I have had it with this people.
I have been going to K C nails since i moved near the area about 10 months ago, I did my nails with almost every lady, as a first customer they treat you Excellent and once they see that you become regular their attention with you decreases, I started doing acrylics and gel on top and a few weeks ago I decided to just do gel on my own nails. Today I went and the lady that I got did a horrible job, i told her to put the gel on the entire nail since I noticed that I was missing polish on the corners, she stayed quite and didn't even bother to fix it. I paid and walked out with my nails looking like that but i, myself couldn't stay quite!!!!! Very Very very disappointed and I will never go to this place again. YOU GUYS JUST LOST A CLIENT.

I have been coming to K C Nails for years, their service is great. I have been other nail salon and it is not the same quality. (Lee is top-notch)

Yesterday I went in for a last minute appointment and had such a great time! The lady that did my nails, I think her name was Jiwon(sorry if it's wrong ), did such a great job! I tend to have sensitive cuticles but she did a clean and gentle job and for the first time it didn't hurt to get them cleaned. As for my gel nails, I wanted something that was Christmas themed and showed her reference pictures for it but, was open for her ideas and creativity, and she suggested great ideas. I couldn't be happier with my Christmas nails!! Definitely recommend her.

Very disrespectful owner!! Rude, confrontational and disrespectful! Has very bad manners as well, like speaking to customers with his mouth full.
