Staff very courteous. They bring nail color choices to you and take their time on a pedicure, the massage , color and all .

Returned for service after 2 years and during pandemic . Yuma is my home town and I’m visiting family for the weekend chose a family pedicure. Set appointment at noon for 1:30. . Arrived to a full capacity salon with walk in guests waiting . We were asked to sit next to other guests less than 6 feet for a 30+ minute pedicure . I addressed the social distance guidelines of 6 feet and instead of an apology and option to wait . I was ignored and walk in guests behind us took these seats .
Pedicure service is a want , Health a need .
Those who choose to support small businesses that follow CDC Guidelines , hope you found this review helpful . While writing this review I found another local nail business that does follow CDC guidelines .

I have been to Elegant Nails and Spa three times now. I see the same technician. She does a great job. I'd tell you her name, but then I'd never get an appointment with her!

Went into Elegant Nails after a botched nail job from a local nail salon and Tracy at Elegant Nails was amazing. Not only did she listen but did a fantastic job. She removed the bumpy layers of gel left from the previous nail salon tech and replaced it with powder to give me the obré clean finish I wanted. My nails came out just like the picture I showed her. My nails look classy and I feel amazing.
The salon: Elegant Nail techs are clean, professional, and personable. The atmosphere is chill. I wasn’t rushed or made to feel uncomfortable.
Thank you everyone that made me laugh there; Johnny, Hannah, and lady that went to lunch. Thanks again, Tracy, I appreciate your hard work and dedication to your business.

Poor customer service. No one said hi when I walked in. The girl that was doing my nails was constantly on her phone. Didn't even put my shoes when done with pedicure.

Very very very POOR customer service. As soon as I walked in all anyone did was just stare and not even acknowledge that a customer just walked in. Completely made me feel un-welcomed and almost as if I walked into the wrong nail salon. I introduced myself, and said I’m here for my appointment and this is what I want done; they all seemed so surprised as if I didn’t call a few hours prior and speak to one of the nail technicians to make an appointment. Overall, body language and attitude were very cold, so I waited for some time before deciding to walk out. If you’re going to be spending your money, give your dollar to businesses that make it a priority to make their customers feel acknowledged and welcomed.
