UNSANITARY and UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I went to this nail establishment with my daughter and had the worst experience. They did not sanitize their tubs or use protection liner. When I asked why they didn’t have liner they said they cleaned the tub with Lysol spray but when the girl overflowed the tub there was someone else’s debris floating in the water and my feet never even got in the tub yet. They tried using used nail files and when I stopped them and asked for new files they charged me $9 and rolled her eyes at me. According to NY State law you are supposed to use a new file on each client and sanitize the utensils used and this place failed to follow this important law for sanitation. I called to speak to the owner about my experience and was told not to come back and hung up on. No apologies whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed and feel bad for anyone who experiences anything as close to I did.

My fiancee says Great Designs Great colors however the fillings tend to chip quicker

I haven’t been able to get my nails done. However I made appointment here. I been to a lot of different nail places and they are so expensive and rude. When I go here I spend the relaxing hour talking with my nail tech. Also I hate people touching my feet, even my husband lol. However I will get pedicure here. They just do an all around good job. It used to be easy since u lived in Shirley. However I moved 2 years ago and will still make the 25-30 min trip just to come. The prices thou are to best. I’ve yet to find a salon as good as this and as cheap as this. Can’t wait to go get pampered.

This place is the worst... my first time and the worst experience ever. My nails have never looked so horrible. I kept having to tell him that they didn’t look right .. he rushed the whole way threw and I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. I am going to another nail shop to remove these ugly things they called acrylic tips
