Terrible terrible service. Went in before work and ordered 3 coffees. The girl taking my order was sweet, but the "manager" on shift was extremely rude and snobby. I ordered 3 cold brews with salted cold foam. When my coffee was made with sweet cream, (I watched her pour it in) I asked said waitress if it was in fact cold foam and she said YES. Figured I didn't know what I was talking about and left. All 3 coffees say sweet cream on the sticker, and are not cold foam. When I called to resolved the situation, the person in charge was the snobby young girl I was speaking of. She offered to re-make the drinks if I came back now, (I'm at work), then said she would work on her attitude and hung up. Nothing was resolved, I'm willing to bet her attitude will not be adjusted as SHE is the one who took the complaint. I get you guys are a busy coffee shop, but it doesn't take much to just be nice to someone. I've been a server for 10 years, and this is one of the first and only reviews I've felt the need to write. Simply be kind to your customers and fix the problem when you are in the wrong!!

Meeting my mom in Everett and got here early so she did a mobile order on a white mocha with light ice & breve. I used to work for a starbucks, the fact that I had to ASK for whip cream when on ANY mocha iced it's standard to give it. I had to call my old boss to verify. The guy huffed when I asked for whip and I even apologized for it (shouldn't have) and his demeanor was just unattractive to this establishment. I come here often as a middle ground for meeting my mother , will give another chance but the manager here should know CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!

OK, OK ,, MAN!! so this is one of the 5 Bucks I stop at when I am on the road. It's not like I'm addicted or anything.. I just really like their green umbrellas.

Very good! The drive thru was fast and efficient and more importantly the staff follow all precautions and safety measures!!

Update: Terrible Service. Distracted and slow employees. Some days are great and other days you have to ask if anyone is going to take your order. The change in Management shows.

It can be like walking into the coffee version (old television show) of "Cheers" where everyone knows your name! It's nice to walk in and have the employee's know your name, know your drink and be meet with a genuine greeting. Busy days can be a notable contrast from calmer days but 'busy' is what SBUX as a company aims for.
