I did a walk in basic manicure. There was one person working doing someone's acrylics. I honestly didn't even know if they we're open because it was dead in there and quiet. I didn't have to wait long and a younger woman started my manicure. She didn't fully remove my old polish, she did a quick and lazy job cleaning my cuticles, she rough filed my nails so they are still jagged and uneven, she didn't fully remove the nail file dust and just started applying the base coat. The other lady came over and applied the polish, then the younger girl did the top coat. I can see the top coat on my nails (it doesn't fully cover the color). I felt like I was being a burden to them coming in as a walk in. The younger girl was complaining about how she wants to take a nap. I wouldn't be bothered by the attitudes if my nails would have turned out fantastic, but it's the worst manicure I've ever gotten. I definitely won't return and I wouldn't recommend this place.

This is my favorite place to get a mani-pedi. I go to Nicole, and she is amazing! Such attention to detail. The spa is modest, but very clean. Great sanitation practices. Staff is welcoming.

The man is very rough and does a horrible gel manicure while talking on his cell phone the whole time and charges $40.
