This place is excellent! I've been come here for about 2 years and I love it. It's very clean and the decor is beautiful. Emily and Esther are my people and they are the best! Emily is very meticulous, which I appreciate and Esther is extremely thorough and gives the best massage. I highly recommend this spot.

I love The ambiance and classy, upscale decor in Bluegrass. It looks, smells and feels heavenly. Emily does an amazing job on my nails. She knows how to apply SNS dip style nail pigment without having it built up too thick. It looks very sleek and elegant yet it is always strong and very long-lasting. She is always professional, as well as pleasant and friendly. She also give great color suggestions and has extensive product knowledge.

most amazing nail salon experience. a step above your regular nail salon, a beautiful interior that doesn't overwhelm you with the normal salon smell. lots of colors to choose from, plenty of seats and chairs, super kind staff. the hidden gem here is the massage, I've gotten three deep tissue massages here and all have been incredible.

I love this place. It's luxury and ritzy. So leaving this review is hard for me.
I've always used Bluegrass for eyebrow waxing but lately they're off their game when it comes to eyebrow waxing.
This is my second time going to the Roswell location for brows. I used to use the Alpharetta/Milton location. The first time I used Roswell, I had a bad experience. I showed the manager there. She saw it. But all she did was tell me a story about how she shapes hers in now. She made light of the poor quality instead of offering some solution.
Today, I decided to chance it again, since I'm traveling, they've improved. This photo is the result. I've lost the money once again and now I have to clean my brows, though, I'm not the "professional."
I'm certain they can tell my disappointment and dissatisfaction. But yet again the front desk manager just looked and said nothing. That's not a good look or experience.

Went with my mom and sister for a belated birthday celebration. It was very clean and professional, we had a wonderful experience. I do feel like the prices are a bit steep now for what you get, however it is worth it with all of their safety protocol because of the pandemic.
I first went several times pre-pandemic and always had an incredible, relaxing experience and the price was definitely worth the service. Looking forward to post pandemic days when I can enjoy visiting again frequently
