Came here for hybrid eyelash extensions & left incredibly happy. I’ve taken the lash courses with Borboleta so I know the quality is top notch. Michele was amazing...not only did she explain every step & made me super comfortable, but her skills are exceptional. I highly recommend her & will be going back!

Great job done by them, love how my nails turned out... they are so friendly and gladly accept walkins.

They were all super nice. Got to talk to Cindy and she was very sweet. Going to for sure go back for nails again:)

Had an appointment today for a Pure Pedicure today and the reception when I came in was great. I was re-directed to free parking instead of on the street, which I appreciated. However, what bothered me was the technician stating that she "asked" me if I wanted an additional 10 minute massage?? She never asked that. She just stated, "10 min massage"...I'm thinking this was what is included anyway.
So, I prepare to settle my bill and she tells the receptionist that the service is $55! The receptionist and I are both taken aback as that isn't the price. She goes on to say that, "I needed so much help that she provided extra time". She is correct in that I needed a pedi badly as I've been super busy, but that still doesn't absolve her of asking if I actually wanted an additional 10 minutes and being clear about that. That cost should never be passed on to the client which is not good business.
I ended up paying $5 more, but should have paid what that service cost. I tipped the technician, but she would have received a larger tip had things gone differently and I would have given 5 stars...

It was my first time and I had semi permanent gel left on 2 fingers. The lady started to remove it with her nails so had to ask her to use a stick.
While being in the middle of applying my color, the lady replied to a call and said she will be done in 5 min.I asked her to arrange some parts but the overall work looks rushed because time had to be spared for the other client arriving shortly after. And she made me pay as I had a full semi soak off when it was 2 fingers. I regret I haven’t left after the soak off.
