I went in for a matte pink & white ombré with rhinestones. I showed the technician a picture of exactly what I wanted, and left the picture up on my phone next to her so she could work off of it. She did every single thing wrong, repeatedly, to the point where I almost wanted to ask for another technician or walk out with half finished nails. After she took off the old acrylic, she didn’t brush off the dust or have me go rinse of my hands, she just started painting right on top of it, and I can notice small inconsistencies in the finish of the polish. Then, she kept arranging the rhinestones in a different way than the picture, asking me if it was okay, I would say no, can you make it look like the picture, she would change it into something else completely wrong, show it to me, and the same thing happened maybe 5-7 times, until one of the younger girls sensed something was wrong, came over, listened to me, and explained what I wanted in their language. Even then, she tried to quickly do the wrong thing then put my hand into the UV machine before showing it to me, hoping I wouldn’t ask about it or notice (which I did each time). When it came time to airbrush the white tips, she got the white paint all over my fingers and in my cuticles, and did a very poor job of cleaning it up. Then came time for the matte. She put the rhinestones on BEFORE the matte finish, so my rhinestones are now dull and look terrible. Throughout the experiences, other younger technicians would come over and check on us, correct something that she had done incorrectly, then profusely verify that I was still okay with her work, almost as if she is an employee who receives regular complaints. Some of the younger girls also had surprisingly snarky attitudes when it came to telling customers what services they did and did not provide. I asked if I could have a coating of adhesive gel to secure the stones, and the reply I received was “Well, we don’t have that, so you can take what she puts on or super glue them at home.” Terrible experience. Won’t be returning and will be telling my friends not to go as well.

The manis and pedis suck!
I only went now to get a wax and had to ASK to have clean paper to lay on. Unbelievable!

I received a fabulous gel manicure and pedicure from Pam, he was very nice and accommodating. Would highly reccomend this shop over others in the area.

Mediocre at best. And FFS if I go in for an eyebrow wax during said eyebrow waxing please do NOT ask me if I would like my lip done as well! It's rude. And I already have fat girl issues. I don't need body hair drama from the skinny, pretty Asian pouring hot wax on my face. Thank you.
